Donation Refund Policy

AJAY WELFARE TRUST takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, the Trust will respond to the donor within 3 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send the Trust a written request for a refund within 12 hours of making the donation to the Trust’s official email address ajaywelfaretrust@gmail.com / support@ajaywelfaretrust.in receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

In case a person feels that her debit/credit card or bank account is used to make donation by another person then please raise a request with the Trust within 12 hours.

The decision of board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and bounding on the donor.
